Once you know your macros, you should be aiming at consuming them from all natural sources. Such as for your protein : Beef, chicken, fish, eggs etc. Brown rice, oatmeal for carbs etc.

Also keep in mind that you don't have to consume a full scoop just because it says 1 scoop on the product label. If your macros says you need half a scoop than that's what you need. And in case you need full 1 or 2 scoops, you can split that between pre, during and post your workout.
