Returns and Exchanges

At Nootrify.com, we strive to to make sure you are totally satisfied with your order and your experience with us. Depending on the reason for the return and the condition of the product, your options may vary.

  • If you would like to return an unopened product within 30 days of purchase, we can issue a refund to your originaly method of payment, or we can give you a store credit that you may use towards a future purchase at Nootrify.com. The refund or store credit issued will be for the price of the product only and does not include any shipping fees charged for delivery.
  • If you would like to return a product that you’ve used/opened but still have unused portion (minimum 20%), you may do so within 30 days of purchase. We can issue a store credit to your account that you may use towards a future purchase at Nootrify.com. The store credit issued will be for the price of the product only and does not include any shipping fees charged for delivery.
  • If you received a product that is damaged or expired by the time of delivery, or is not what you ordered, we can send a replacement and provide a prepaid return label for you to send the item back.
  • If you purchased a wearable/clothing item (i.e., belt, short, shirt, etc.) doesn't fit properly, we'll be happy to issue a store credit to your account, but must charge for the new shipping fee and the return shipping cost.
  • If you purchased cookies or bars, they may melt during shipment depending on the whether conditions. Even though this generally does not happen, we recommend you to refrigerate all cookies and bars you purchased upon arrival to restore product texture. We are not able to accept returns on melted edible items.
  • If the item you’d like to return was ordered more than 30 days ago, or if the item was purchased using a store credit as part of a previous exchange, we will not be able to accept the return or issue a refund.
  • Nootrify.com is not responsible for products once delivery has been confirmed by the shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx or the US Postal Service). All parcels that are lost after delivery will be the sole responsibility of the customer and all claims for packages lost after delivery will have to be sent directly to FedEx, UPS or the US Postal Service. Parcels that are refused by the recipient or returned to us due to an wrong or undeliverable address will be processed as returns. You will receive a refund for the purchase price of the items in your order but not the shipping charges.
  • To begin processing any type of return, please contact our Customer Service team and provide your name, the order number, and the reason for returning the product.
  • Please do not ship the products back without obtaining an RMA number as your return will not be processed.
